10:42 Workshop for English teachers |
On February 21, the Khmelnytsya Gymnasium hosted a seminar for teachers of English of ourdistrict. The topic of the lesson was "Formation of the communicative competence of students through the introduction of ICT as a compulsory component of a general cultural personality and the development of its creative potential".
 
School students congratulated the guests with poetry and songs, presented their school (in English), adjusting for a pleasant and positive work. The participants of the seminar got acquainted with the work of the teacher of the school Lesko N.V., having attended a bilingual English and German language lesson "Sound environment makes a sound body", in which the teacher and students showed their abilities not only in language but also in ICT skills: various videos created by the teacher and students were the main source for the tasks.
The present teachers also joined the "Effective ways to WOW your students" training, discussing the raised issues, substantiating their thoughts and ideas, inventing their own solutions and even implementing them in role-playing games.
An additional bonus was the meeting with a writer V. Babiy and the excursion around the school. Therefore, the words of gratitude for the skilled and creative teacher, the sincere and aspiring for knowledge students, the friendly directorate, the inspiration of the event - the methodologist, as well as the active teachers - the participants of the action.
