In our school there is a tradition to carry out the week dedicated to the well-known poet. Both in Ukrainian and in English we organize different events.
This year children had an opportunity to read Shevcnenko`s poems not only in English but in other languages. There was the display of the translations. The pupils of the 8th form did their best in such reading. Every pupil could show his knowing poems trying to find the Ukrainian equivalents of the English translations. The winners were awarded with the Certificates.
